Registration & Fees

If you have any questions or concerns about Highlands War registration, please feel free to contact Lord Vincent Blackwell at exchequer@baronyoferedsul.org.

EVENT DATES & TIMES:
12:00pm Wednesday July 17th through 8:00pm Sunday July 21st, 2019.  You are welcome to arrive early or stay late, but are responsible for your own waste disposal outside of official event dates.  If you arrive early, you may be asked to relocate if you are blocking planned event spaces.

GATE HOURS:
Wed
 12:00pm-9:00pm
Thu 9:00am-11:00pm
Fri 9:00am-11:00pm
Sat 9:00am-3:00pm

Please be prepared with the following when checking in:

  • Cash, check, or money order if you haven’t preregistered
  • Proof of current SCA membership (if you are a member)
  • Valid photo identification
  • Applicable documentation for minors (More info)

REGISTRATION FEES:

  SCA Member Non-member
Full Event (Arriving Friday or earlier) $35 $40
Saturday & Sunday $25 $30
Single Day (No overnight) $15 $20
Minors (17 and under) Free Free


PAYMENT METHODS:
At-event Registration: Cash, Checks, or Money Orders
Preregistration: Checks or Money Orders (No cash)
Credit cards and other payment methods are not accepted.

PREREGISTRATION:
Preregistration for Highlands War XXV (2019) is now closed.  Please remember to bring cash, check, or money order for registering at the event.  We do not accept credit cards.

Preregistration Refunds:
Submit refund requests by e-mailing exchequer@baronyoferedsul.orgRefunds requests must be submitted no later than July 10, 2019 (one week before the event’s start).  Refunds will be issued by check within 30 days of the event’s end.
