Here are answers to some questions which have come up:

Horse rentals are being provided by the Arizona Cowboy College (ACC).   These mounts were used at Estrella War.

Price is $100/day per mount per day.

All transactions for horse rentals are between the individual and the ACC. 

The SCA does not rent horses.

• ACC requires that a minimum of 3 horses for 2 days be rented to make it worth their while to make the trip from Scottsdale to Mormon Lake Lodge.

If, by May 21st, there are not enough horses rented for the 2 days, ACC will simply not come and the people who rented horses will get all their money back.

• All rental payments must be postmarked by May 17th (You may pay with credit card by calling them directly)

• If you cancel before May 17th, 2011 - You will recieve all your money back minus a $10 processing fee. 
• There are no refunds after May 17th, 2011.

• If weather prevents them from coming, ACC will simply not come and they will return all rental money.

• If they actually come and weather prevents all riding, a refund minus a $25 travel fee will be given.
• Tack provided is western.  
• Any personal tack or horse costume must be approved by the ACC wrangler.  There are no guarantees that personal tack or costumes will be approved.
• ACC reserves all rights to rider restrictions - more information on this is in each individual contract.

Filling out this form is not a rental agreement.
