FRIDAY – Battle in the Cloud City (on the broken field)
Rules for all Friday scenarios:
1. In all battles the Rebels have 5 designated Heroes: Luke, Leia, Han, Chewie, and Lando. The Empire has 4 designated Heros: The Emperor, Darth Vader, Boba Fett, and IG-88.
2. If Bobba Fett or IG-88 "kill" Han in combat AND can successfully get him back to the Empire Entry point, Han is gone for the day.
3. Res are always at the entry points.
4. Both Imperial and Rebel forces can use blasters (RBGs). Luke, The Emperor, and Darth Vader will not use Blasters. Any shot fighter can Res once (except for Heroes, they are unaffected by Blasters).
5. Blasters (RBGs) will be active in all scenarios. Fired shots cannot be reused. ANY Blaster hit to any part of a fighter or their gear is a kill! (with the exception for Heroes noted above). Resurrected fighters come back without Blasters (RBGs).
6. The open field will be set up as a maze of rooms, hallways, doors, and corridors. Doorways can be blasted "shut" with a Blaster (RBG) shot. Opening a blasted door requires 3 shots. A blasted open door cannot be re-shut. Holes can be blasted through walls, but require 6 shots.
Scenario 1: Salvage C3PO!
Setup: Pieces of C3PO are scattered about the field. The Rebels must get them and return them to their start point.
Starting Points: Rebels start at their entry point. Imperial forces start at their entry point. The 4 Imperial Heroes and 10% of the imperial forces are randomly scattered about the field as roaming Guards.
Rules: Imperial forces at their entry point are alerted and can enter the field if a Hero or Guard raises the alarm by seeing a rebel (line of site) and can then reach and touch a marshal. That marshal will then indicate that an alarm has been sounded. All guards are armed with Blasters (RBGs). C3PO pieces do not exist as far as the Imperial forces are concerned (they are just pieces of junk). They cannot touch them, move them, guard them. etc.. To be fought 3 times.
Scenario 2: Surprise!
Setup: The Rebels discover that the Empire is in the city.
Starting Points: Entry points.
Rules: Last man standing. To be fought three times.
Scenario 3: Let's see if This Works?
Setup: The Empire has to get Han to the Cryo room.
Starting Points: All forces start outside the city.
Rules: The Empire has Han. One of the Empire Heroes must get him to the Cryo room. The Rebels must recapture him and get him back to their entry point. To be fought three times.
Scenario 4: Time to Get Paid!
Setup: Boba Fett has to get Han to the dock.
Starting Points: Boba Fett, Han, and 10% of the Imperial forces start in the cryo room. The Rebel Heroes and 10% of their forces start on the dock. The rest of the forces start outside the city at their entry points. All remaining forces can enter the field when the first fighter dies.
Rules: To be fought three times.
Scenario 5: It is Your Destiny. (1 hour Res battle)
Setup: Five flags will be placed in the city to indicate control points.
Starting Points: Each side will start at their entry point. At the end, units may start where ever the Heroes decide.
Rules: At timed intervals the marshals will call hold and tally who controls each flag. At the end of 1 hour, Luke will lead a unit of fighters equal to the number of flags scored by the Rebels and Darth Vader will lead a unit of fighters equal to the number of flags scored by the Empire. Other Heroes may not be part of the units. Victory in the final battle is to the last man standing.
SATURDAY – The Battle of Endor (on the woods field)
Rules for all Saturday scenarios:
1. In all battles the Rebels have 5 designated Heroes: Luke, Leia, Han, Chewie, and Lando. The Empire has 4 designated Heros: The Emperor, Darth Vader, Boba Fett, and IG-88.
2. Rebel Ewoks are fighters who fight single sword but have special rules. Ewoks also fight with "rocks". Any hit from a thrown "rock" will stun the hit fighter for a 10 count (this includes hit allies). Ewoks cannot use Blasters (RBGs).
3. Imperial Speeder Bikes are Heros who fight single sword but can leave the battlefield and re-enter at any point except the Rebel Entry Point or the Shield Generator. These Heroes cannot use Blasters (RBGs).
4. The Raised Path (including trees) is live for all scenarios--anyone on the path can only fight others on the path or in the trees (with the exception of thrown "rocks").
5. Res are always at the entry points.
6. If Bobba Fett or IG-88 "kill" Han in combat AND can successfully get him back to the Empire Entry point, Han is gone for the day.
7. Both Imperial and Rebel forces can use Blasters (RBGs) with the exceptions noted above. Any shot fighter can Res once (except for Heroes, they are unaffected by Blasters). Luke, The Emperor, and Darth Vader will not use Blasters. Resurrected fighters come back without "rocks" or Blasters (RBGs).
8. Blasters (RBGs) will be active in all scenarios. Fired shots cannot be reused. ANY Blaster hit to any part of a fighter or their gear is a kill!! (with the exception for Heroes noted above).
SCENARIO I: The Ewok Uprising!
Setup: The Rebel Alliance has stirred up the local population and they are beginning to attack random Imperial patrols. The Empire is heavily armed but outnumbered.
Starting Points: Empire may start troops in the Entry or at the Shield Generator. Rebels start at the Entry Point. Ewoks start in the trees.
Rules: The Rebels must designate half their fighters as Ewoks. Ewoks each get 2 Resurrections. 2 Empire Heros may use Speeder Bikes. Last man standing. To be fought 3 times.
Scenario 2: Eradicate the Vermin!
Setup: The Empire seeks to punish the indigenous population for their uprising. They must take control of the treetops to cut off the Ewok reinforcements.
Starting Points: Empire may start troops in the Entry or at the Shield Generator. Rebels start at the Entry Point. Ewoks start in the trees.
Rules: The Rebels must designate 10 fighters as Ewoks. Ewoks may Res as long as 1 Tree is held by the Rebels. 2 Empire Heroes may use Speeder Bikes. Take control of the entire raised path (or last man standing). To be fought 3 times.
Scenario 3: Taking Ground (30 min. res battle)
Set up: Each side vies to establish a strategic advantage, fighting for control of vital planetary resources.
Starting Points: Each side starts at their Entry Point.
Rules: Each 10 minutes, a brief hold will be called and 1 point scored for the team that holds each TREE and the POWER GENERATOR (up to 3 points total). No Ewoks or Speeder Bikes in this battle.
Scenario 4: We are needed elsewhere…
Setup: As entertaining as this fight is, certain heroes need to be somewhere else to do their jobs. Try to get them off-planet.
Starting Points: Start at Entry Points. Rebel Heroes may start in Trees. Empire Heroes may start at Power Generator.
Rules: The Rebels are seeking to get Luke, Lando and Leia across the field and out the Empire Entry point. The Empire seeks to get the Emperor, Darth Vader and IG-88 out the Rebel Entry point. 1 point for each hero that succeeds.
Fought up to 3 times depending on fighters.
Scenario 5: Destroy the Shield Generator! (Res Battle)
Setup: The Rebels only have 1 hour to destroy the Shield that is protecting the rebuilt Death Star! They must get enough high explosives into place. The Empire may start fighters in the Shield Generator. The Rebellion gets up to 10 Ewoks, who start in the Trees.
Rules: All Rebels RES at their Entry point. All Empire RES at their Entry point.
Ewok rule: ONLY Ewoks may use the raised path.
The Rebels have an endless supply of satchel charges that can only be carried by HAN SOLO or CHEWBACCA (one at a time). They must get the satchel charge into the designated zone inside the Generator building . It can be thrown, but an Imperial fighter may attempt to knock down a thrown satchel. The only fool-proof way to get a charge in place is to run into the target zone, even dying in the zone will set the charge.
Goal: Get 3 satchel charges in place to blow up the tower.
The Rebellion wins if they blow up the tower before 45 minutes, tie if between 45 – hour. The Empire wins at 1 hour.
